18th Birthday

18!  I'm not sure how my little baby is turning 18 next week but it is happening.  For her birthday, I used the sketch from this week's challenge at Sunday Stamps.  I didn't have a lot of time and I had an unopened card kit that had just been delivered sitting on my desk.  I decided I would use whatever was in it to make her card.  It was the June kit called "Happiest Wishes" from Simon Says Stamp and it was actually perfect for what I needed!
I'm also entering this in the current challenge at Colour Crazy Craft Challenge.  I haven't entered their challenges before but I'll probably enter more often since I love coloring my images!  I prefer Prisma Color Pencils but for this, I used a mix of Spectrum Noir Tri-Blends and my very inexpensive Caliart alcohol markers.

Fox

I was looking for a card making challenge to do this week and came across a blog called The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers.  I don't think I've ever seen such a fun card making blog! In fact, if blogs could be soul mates, maybe this one would be mine.😅 As much as I love beautiful floral cards with elegant and kind saying, sometimes a little snark is appreciated!  The theme this week for challenge #210 is "F is for F-words".  I opted not to use anything too graphic but I think it still gets the point across.  I definitely plan on being a regular visitor to this blog in the future!

Bloom

Although I just made 12 graduation cards for friends, I really wanted something different for my two girls and my niece.  I came up with this.  It was way too time consuming to mass produce for everyone but I needed something extra special for the three most amazing girls in the history of amazing girls. 💗💕  After all, they only graduate high school once.  I feel like graduation shouldn't be happening yet but time doesn't slow down, no matter how much I want it to!

I'm entering this card into this months card making challenge at Happy Little Stampers.  The theme is anything goes with dies.  My flower dies definitely got some use with this card!

Graduation

Is anyone else completely wrapped up with all things relating to Senior year? We had two proms this weekend, track meet after track meet, and so very many end of the year events. These kids are exhausting me! I have two high school seniors and my fridge is currently covered with invitations to graduation parties. I need a supply of graduation cards for all of these seniors!  I wanted to make cards that were cute but also not too time consuming since I need a bunch.  I decided to use the color palette for this week's card making challenge at Sunday Stamps.  I knew I which stamps I wanted to use so once I figured out the colors and design, it was pretty quick to whip up 12 of these.

# Stabby

This is my favorite stamp set!  I don't know why the #stabby sentiment just cracks me up.  The stamp set is called Caffeinated Narwhal by Rabbit Hole Designs and the paper is from a paper pack called Ocean Waves by Pink & Main.

I made this card to enter in this week's challenge SSC282 at Sunday Stamps.  My favorite challenges are always sketch challenges so this one was perfect!

Age is Irrelephant

I broke out an older stamp set from The Stamps of Life to make this card for this week's challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches #655.  I love the inside sentiment "age is irrelephant".  So cute!  I didn't have a large star die so I chose to use a circle instead.

Grazie

This is a card I made for several different challenges.  The first is Tic Tac Toe Challenge #159.  I chose elements on the diagonal line: THANKS, FREE, RIBBON/TWINE.
The second challenge is Make the Cards Challenge #53. The featured technique is an ink blended background.  I love ink blending so I knew I'd want to join this challenge when I saw it.
The third challenge that I'm playing along with is the Alphabet Challenge Blog: B is for Blooms. I've just recently stumbled upon this blog and their challenges look super fun!
The last challenge that I'm entering is Get Creative Challenges #111.  The theme this month is flowers.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and look at my card!
