Sunday Stamps # 288

 Hello and Happy Sunday!  Challenge # 288 at Sunday Stamps is a sketch.  Sketch challenges are my favorite and I really liked this one.  I used a few die cut flowers from the Bold Blooms die set from Spellbinders. The patterned paper in an older pad from Echo Park Paper Co. that I had my stash, I'm pretty sure it was a Tuesday Morning purchase a long time ago. (Isn't it nice to use older stuff up?) The Happy Birthday sentiment came from two different stamp sets from The Stamps of Life.

Sunday Stamps # 287

Hello and Happy Sunday!  The challenge at Sunday Stamps this week is a color challenge.  I really like the colors that they chose!  I decided to keep it very simple with just some die cut pine trees, a small sentiment on a banner, a few sequins, and a little twine.

Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges # 7

Happy July!  The theme this month at Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges is Christmas in July!  We were provided some lovely images from SheepSki Designs and I choose to use these adorable gnomes called "Garden Party".  It's always a good idea to start Christmas cards early and every year I intend to! Now I've got one card of 60 that I need to make. Hopefully making this Christmas card will give me a little incentive to continue on them so I am not rushed in December.
